Device Support

Android and iOS requirements

The app is built for mainstream smartphones and doesn't require unusual hardware. The specific minimum Android or iOS version is set by the developer and enforced by the store at install time — Google Play or the App Store will tell you immediately if your device doesn't qualify, rather than letting the install proceed and fail.

Because minimum OS requirements shift as new versions ship and older ones lose support, we're not publishing a fixed version number here — check the requirement shown on the store listing for your device, which will always be current.

Checklist

What to check before installing

Operating systemCurrent versions of Android and iOS are supported. The store listing will flag it if your device's OS is too old.
Storage spaceA small amount of free storage is needed for install; the exact size is shown on the store listing before download.
Internet connectionRequired for installation and for using any payment feature afterward — the app doesn't work meaningfully offline.
Google Play ServicesNeeded on Android for the app to function correctly, since it's a standard requirement for most modern Android apps.
RegionThe app is built around India's UPI payment network, so its core payment features are intended for use there.
If Your Device Isn't Supported

What to do next

Update your OS

If your device supports a newer OS version than it's currently running, updating may resolve a compatibility block.

Check Play Store messaging

If Play Store shows "Your device isn't compatible," it will usually say why — most often an outdated OS version or missing Play Services.

Contact support

For device-specific issues that aren't clearly explained, the app's own support channel is the right place to ask, since they can see current requirements directly.
